Strasburgs Final Start Will Come On Sept 12 - RealGM Wiretap
Stephen Strasburg will make two more starts for the Nationals before they shut him down for the season.
Strasburg's final start will come Sept. 12 against the Mets. He threw six shutout innings against the Cardinals on Sunday. He has pitched 156 13 innings so far.

"We have our philosophies, protocols and that seemed like the right number of innings to end the season in. Jon Daniels says the Texas Rangers are focused more on getting healthy than pursuing a serious trade ahead of the August 1 deadline.
The Rangers currently have five pitchers on the disabled list -- Yu Darvish, Derek Holland and Colby Lewis, Keone Kela and Tanner Scheppers.
"We want to get our arms around where our guys are," Daniels said. "We want to know who will be back and what to expect from them. We're spending most our time on that."
