In pediatric patients 1 month to less than 1 year of age, side effects with this tablet include abdominal pain, regurgitation, rapid heart rate and abnormal liver function test results
Do not take NEXIUM if you:
are allergic to esomeprazole magnesium or any of the ingredients in NEXIUM.

It is not known if NEXIUM is effective in children under 1 month of age.
