PYONGYANG adidas superstar foundation sort , May 7 (Xinhua) -- The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) said Sunday it has detained another U.S. citizen for suspected hostile acts against Pyongyang.
The official Korean Central News Agency said the man, named Kim Hak Song, was arrested Saturday by "a relevant institution of the DPRK" under a law of the country on suspicion of hostile acts.
It was the second time within one month that the DPRK arrested American citizens for allegedly carrying out hostile activities against Pyongyang.
The report said Kim "had worked for operation of Pyongyang University of Science and Technology."
"A relevant institution is now conducting detailed investigation into his crimes," said the report without citing any source.
The DPRK arrested a U.S. citizen for alleged hostile activities last month at the Pyongyang airport.
Both arrested are of Korean origin and had worked here as teachers.
There are two other U.S. citizens serving jail sentences for anti-DPRK activities.
The DPRK said Friday it has foiled a plot by spy agencies of the United States and South Korea to assassinate its top leader Kim Jong Un during mass celebrations last month. An unspecified number of suspects have been arrested in the case.
It is not known whether the latest two arrests of U.S. citizens were connected with the case.

DOHA, Sept. 14 (Xinhua) -- Qatar ranks 55th among 130 countries in the World Economic Forum (WEF)'s global human capital index 2017, Qatar News Agency (QNA) reported Thursday.

TRIPOLI, Dec. 5 (Xinhua) -- Libya's UN-backed deputy prime minister, Ahmad M'etig, on Tuesday called for establishment of an international center for illegal immigrants affairs in Libya and North Africa.
M'etig made his remarks during a symposium on illegal immigration sponsored by the Libyan National Council for Economic and Social Development in the capital Tripoli.
"Deputy prime minister, Ahmad M'etig puma the trainer rihanna dame , stressed the need for a specialized international center in Libya and North Africa to deal with illegal immigration, given its significance in dealing with this phenomenon, from which Libya is suffering," the communication and media office of the deputy prime minister said in a statement.
